'Power Rangers' premiere in Tokyo (7 images)

Power Rangers stars Dacre Montgomery, who plays the Red Ranger, Naomi Scott, who stars as the Pink Ranger and the film's director Dean Israelite attended the premiere of the film in Tokyo, Japan on July 3.

The film, based on characters in the 1990s TV series, follows a group of teenagers who develop supernatural powers which they use to battle the evil Rita Repulsa, played by Hunger Games star Elizabeth Banks.

RJ Cyler, Becky G, Ludi Lin, Bill Hader, and Bryan Cranston also star.
