Singer Patti LaBelle, born Patricia Louise Holte, turns 75 on May 24, 2019. LaBelle started in the industry as the lead singer in Patti LaBelle and the Bluebelles in the 1960s, going on to have a solo career that garnered her multiple honors, including two Grammys, as well as many lifetime achievement awards and an induction into the Grammy Hall of Fame.
