Mila Kunis honored as Hasty Pudding Woman of the Year (7 images)

Mila Kunis was honored as the Harvard University Hasty Pudding Theatricals 2018 Woman of the Year in Cambridge, Mass. on Thursday. The Hasty Pudding Theatricals announced earlier that they will finally allow women to audition become cast members starting in 2019. Photos by Matthew Healey/ UPI

The celebration was met with protests as some called for Kunis to deny the award, boycott the events or speak out against Hasty Pudding's policy of excluding female performers. Women held signs reading "The patriarchy is a drag" in reference to the club's tradition of featuring male performers in drag.
