Cast members arrive on the red carpet at the "I, Tonya" New York premiere on Tuesday.

Margot Robbie stars as Tonya Harding in the film. She told Jake Gyllenhaal, as a part of Variety's Actors on Actors series, that when she met Harding, the ice skating star asked her, "‘How are you dealing with fame and being famous?" Robbie told Gyllenhaal, “And actually, it was very kind of her to ask. Because to be honest, her situation was horrible, and it happened to her so young, and I think what made the biggest difference in the world was she didn’t have a support network around her. And I do, and I’m so lucky.”

Sebastian Stan plays Tonya Harding's ex-husband Jeff Gillooly in the film.

Paul Walter Hauser plays Tonya Harding's bodyguard, Shawn Eckhardt, in the film .
