Macy's Thanksgiving Parade: Iconic balloons, pop culture moments of the 2000s (35 images)

Macy's annual Thanksgiving Day Parade brings massive floats, celebrity appearances and holiday cheer to New York City every year. The 98th Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade will air on NBC and Peacock at 8:30 a.m. EST on Thursday. Jennifer Hudson, Kylie Minogue and Billy Porter are set to perform. Here's a look back at previous Thanksgiving Day parades through the years.
