Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony Award-winning actress and singer Liza Minnelli, best known for her roles in "Cabaret," "New York, New York," "Arthur" and "Arrested Development," celebrates her 79th birthday Wednesday. Here's a look back at her life through the years.
