Kathy Bates turns 77: a look back (23 images)

Award-winning actress Kathy Bates, best known for her roles in "Misery," "Fried Green Tomatoes," "Primary Colors," "The Waterboy," "Titanic," "About Schmidt" "American Horror Story" and "Richard Jewell," turns 77 on Saturday. Bates now stars in CBS' reboot of "Matlock." Here's a look back at her career through the years.
