Latin music chart toppers and newcomers alike walked the purple carpet for the 2017 Latin American Music Awards on October 26. Pitbull became the first recipient of the Latin AMA Dick Clark Achievement Award. Singer-songwriter Prince Royce walks the purple carpet. Royce was nominated in five categories and won Favorite Artist- Tropical Favorite Album- Tropical with "Five" and'Favorite Song- Tropical for his single with Shakira "Deja Vu." Royce also took home Single of the Year for his song with Shakira.
