2019 Rockefeller Christmas tree lighting (17 images)

Thousands of spectators turned out for the 87th annual lighting of the Christmas tree at New York's Rockefeller Center on Wednesday. The 77-foot tall, 46-wide Norway spruce was illuminated with more than 50,000 lights. The event also featured performances by artists including Derek and Julianne Hough, Billie Porter, Idina Menzel and Lea Michele.
