June 10 (UPI) -- Carrie Underwood is back with new music. The 39-year-old country music singer released the album Denim & Rhinestones on Friday.
Denim & Rhinestones features the single "Ghost Story" and 11 other songs: "Denim & Rhinestones," "Velvet Heartbreak," "Hate My Heart," "Burn," "Crazy Angels," "Faster," "Pink Champagne," "Wanted Woman," "Poor Everybody Else," "She Don't Know" and "Garden."
Underwood released "Ghost Story" in March and a music video for the song in April.
Underwood discussed Denim & Rhinestones and her new "Denim & Rhinestones" era of music during Friday's episode of Good Morning America.
"I love to fully immerse myself in the eras I get to create, the songs I get to make," she said. "I feel like I'm just living in this beautiful world, in denim and rhinestones, and it just makes me happy."
Denim & Rhinestones is Underwood's first studio album since Cry Pretty in 2018. The singer released the holiday album My Gift in 2020 and the gospel album My Savior in March 2021.
Underwood will launch a Denim & Rhinestones tour in support of her album Oct. 15 in Greenville, S.C.
