The 58-year-old singer released the song "Speaking with Trees" on Wednesday.

Sept. 29 (UPI) -- Tori Amos is back with new music. The 58-year-old singer released the song "Speaking with Trees" on Wednesday.
In "Speaking with Trees," Amos shares her grief and struggle to let a loved one go.
"Speaking with trees / Speaking of my grief / Speaking with trees / I'm almost sure / That they are grieving / With me," she sings.
In an Instagram post Wednesday, Amos described "Speaking with Trees" as "a very personal song for me."
"Speaking with Trees" is the lead single from Amos' forthcoming 16th studio album, Ocean to Ocean. Amos will release the full album Oct. 29.
Ocean to Ocean also features the tracks "Addition of Light Divided," "Devil's Bane," "Swim to New York State," "Spies," "Ocean to Ocean," "Flowers Burn to Gold," "Metal Water Wood," "29 Years," "How Glass is Made" and "Birthday Baby."
Ocean to Ocean is Amos' first album since Native Invader, released in July 2017.
