June 2 (UPI) -- Billie Eilish is back with a new music video.

The 19-year-old singer-songwriter released a video Wednesday for the song "Lost Cause."

"we had the time of our lives being hot & shooting this heeheeeeehee," Eilish wrote on Instagram. "ENJOY LOL."

The "Lost Cause" video is directed by Eilish and shows the singer partying with friends at home. In the song, Eilish says goodbye to a dull and stagnant ex.

"Thought you would've grown eventually, but you proved me wrong (Wrong) / You ain't nothing but a lose cause (Cause) / And this ain't nothing like it once was (Was)," she sings.

"Lost Cause" is the latest single from Eilish's forthcoming second studio album, Happier Than Ever. The album also features the singles "My Future," "Therefore I Am" and "Your Power."

Eilish will release Happier Than Ever on July 30. She will promote the album on a new world tour that begins Feb. 3, 2022, in New Orleans.

Happier Than Ever is Eilish's followup to her critically acclaimed 2019 debut album, When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?
