The clip shows Jagger performing in front of a mirror. The star's son Lucas Jagger and Keith Richards' daughter Theodora Richards were among those to voice their awe in the comments.

"Oh woah," Lucas wrote, adding a heart emoji. "Pls hit the woah."

"Fancy feet!!! Incredible," Richards added.

Jagger had heart valve replacement surgery in early April. He gave an update on his health April 5, telling fans, "Thank you everyone for all your messages of support, I'm feeling much better now and on the mend."

Jagger and his band, the Rolling Stones, postponed tour dates in March ahead of Jagger's procedure. Billboard said in April the band planned to reschedule the dates for July.
