Feb. 11 (UPI) -- Heart has announced a new 39-city North American summer tour that will feature Joan Jett and The Blackhearts, Sheryl Crow and Brandi Carlile, on select dates. Heart, consisting of sisters Ann and Nancy Wilson, will be kicking off their Love Alive Tour starting on July 9 at the Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre in St. Louis before wrapping things up on September 9 at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles.

The band will also be performing in cities such as Chicago, Toronto, Cleveland, Detroit, Nashville, Atlanta, Dallas, Phoenix, Denver and Las Vegas, among others.
Elle King will be the opening act for most of the shows and Lucie Silvas will also open on select dates.
Tickets go on sale for the general public starting on Feb. 15 at 10 a.m. local time through Live Nation.
"I think the tour will spark some positive new energy as we rediscover some of our iconic songs and also some fan favorites. Calling the tour 'Love Alive' was something Ann and I felt instantly good about," Nancy said in a statement.
