Nov. 29 (UPI) -- South Korean boy band BTS took home the grand prize at the 2018 Asia Artist Awards.
The K-pop group won the daesang, or grand prize, at the awards show Wednesday in Incheon, South Korea.

Nov. 29 (UPI) -- South Korean boy band BTS took home the grand prize at the 2018 Asia Artist Awards. The K-pop group won the daesang, or grand prize, at the awards show Wednesday in Incheon, South Korea.
BTS thanked its fan base, known as Army, during its acceptance speech. The boy band took home four other awards, including the Artist of the Year and the Fabulous Award.
"I always think all these prizes belong not to us but to our fans," Jin said, according to The Korea Herald. "We will always, always love you, Army."
"I'm so happy and grateful for all the nice things that are happening to us," Jungkook added. "We want to make you as happy as we are, so I hope you will continue to be by our side."
BTS also celebrated its win on its official Twitter account.
"Thank you to the Army!" the group wrote.

BTS last released the album Love Yourself: Answer in August. The album is spending its 13th week on the Billboard 200 chart after debuting at No. 1 following its release.
