Nov. 26 (UPI) -- KISS has announced a second, North American leg of their upcoming farewell world tour titled End of Road after selling more than half a million tickets.
The band will be returning to North America on Aug. 6 to perform at the BB&T Center in Sunrise, Fla., before wrapping things up on Sept. 16 at the Oracle Arena in Oakland.
KISS, as previously announced, will be starting their North America trek on Jan. 31 at the Rogers Arena in Vancouver, Canada, and will continue touring until April 13 at the Birmingham-Jefferson Convention Complex in Birmingham, Ala.
The second leg will also include concerts in cities such Toronto, Brooklyn, Cincinnati, St. Louis, Houston, Salt Lake City and Denver, among others.
Tickets go on sale for the general public for the second North American trek starting on Dec. 3 at 10 a.m. local time through LiveNation. A KISS Army fan club pre-sale will begin on Nov. 28 at 9 a.m. local time.
KISS announced plans to hold a final tour in September on America's Got Talent.
"All that we have built and all that we have conquered over the past four decades could never have happened without the millions of people worldwide who've filled clubs, arenas and stadiums over those years. This will be the ultimate celebration for those who've seen us and a last chance for those who haven't. KISS Army, we're saying goodbye on our final tour with our biggest show yet and we'll go out the same way we came in... Unapologetic and unstoppable," the group said in a statement at the time.
