Chris Stapleton, wife Morgane expecting twins

Oct. 31 (UPI) -- Country star Chris Stapleton and wife Morgane are expecting twins.

Morgane announced her pregnancy in an Instagram post Monday on her 10th wedding anniversary with the 39-year-old country star.

"14 years, 2 babies, & 2 more on the way. Happy 10 year anniversary babe! You make my whole world go around," she captioned a photo of herself with Stapleton.

Stapleton also shared the news during a concert Saturday in Dallas, Texas, according to the Dallas Observer. He introduced Morgane, who sings backup in his band, prior to his performance of "Tennessee Whiskey."

"She's the mother of my two kids, and she's about to be the mother of two more," the singer said.

Stapleton and Morgane already share a son and a daughter, according to E! News. The couple opened up about their working relationship in an interview with the New York Times published in April.

"We're married so we hold each other accountable," Stapleton said. "We can lift each other up on bad nights, kind of give each other a wink when we screw up or do something funny."

"As much as I can talk about him being a comfort to me, I think in that way I also am a comfort to him," Morgane added. "We can look at each other and know, 'O.K., I got you.'"

Stapleton last released the album From a Room: Volume 1 in May, and will follow it up with Volume 2 in December.
