Sept. 22 (UPI) -- Jay-Z's music streaming service Tidal has announced their third annual Tidal X: Brooklyn concert that will help raise money this year for hurricane relief.

The benefit concert, which will take place Oct. 17 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, will benefit those affected by Hurricanes Harvey, Irma and Maria, which have affected parts of Texas, Florida and Puerto Rico.

Pre-sale tickets are now on sale for Tidal customers and will become available to the general public on Tuesday starting at 12 p.m. ET, Variety reported.

The event hosted by radio personality Angie Martinez has no official lineup, though Us Weekly has reported that Jay-Z and his wife Beyonce would be headlining. A representative for Beyonce stold Rolling Stone that reports of the pop star appearing at the concert are false.

A rep for Jay-Z declined to comment on whether or not Jay-Z will be performing at the benefit.

The Tidal X concerts, started in 2015, have raised more than $3 million for social-justice and education non-profits. Previous performers at the events have included Jay-Z, Beyonce, Lauryn Hill, Nicki Minaj, Thomas Rhett, Alessia Cara and Lil Yachty.
