The clip shows Jungkook walking and whistling a melody before joining the rest of the BTS members. Jungkook, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Rap Monster, Jimin and V then break into a coordinated dance.

BTS' agency, Big Hit Entertainment, said "DNA" is about "the unwavering and energetic love" experienced by young people, according to The Korea Herald. The song features the whistle melody and an acoustic guitar rhythm.

Love Yourself 'Her' will debut Monday, Sept. 18. The album reached No. 1 among Amazon music pre-orders in the company's CD & Vinyl category in August.

Seoul Metropolitan Government officials confirmed Thursday that BTS will be featured in new advertisements promoting tourism in the city. The group has steadily gained international exposure this year, including winning Top Social Artist at the Billboard Music Awards in May.
