Aug. 24 (UPI) -- South Korean girl group Pristin released their second EP, Schxxl Out, this week.

"I doubt that any of our upcoming albums would be able to mirror Pristin as much as Schxxl Out," the K-pop stars said at the event.

"We appear brave and confident in this new EP, and that's totally us: Pristin," Kyulkyung added.

Pristin performed their new single "We Like" at the showcase. Soompi described the song as "an upbeat, fun, and confident track," which Pristin helped write and compose.

"'We Like' shows our style and character the best," Sungyeon said. "While we were working on the song, Roa and I watched the movie Mean Girls in order to gain inspiration."

"We had a previous title track candidate for our comeback, but we thought our concept of 'power and pretty' worked better with 'We Like,'" she added.

"This song is our confidence," Kyulkyung agreed. "Whenever we sing this song, we become more confident."
