July 26 (UPI) -- Luke Bryan allowed 88-year-old terminally ill fan Francis Stanaway to touch his butt despite the country star having a no touching rule.

Stanaway met Bryan during a meet-and-greet that took place before a recent concert in Kanas City. The meeting was put together by Gift of a Day, a special program from her care center, Crossroads Hospice and Palliative Care.

A photo taken from the meet-and-greet shared by CMT on Twitter, features a smiling Stanaway touching Bryan's butt while the singer is seen putting his hand to his mouth in surprise.

"I like that way he keeps up with his music," Stanaway said while speaking with KSHB41 Action News. "I like all the songs."

Stanaway was able to touch Bryan's butt even though the 41-year-old, as explained during an interview on The Late Late Show, enacted a no touching rule after dealing with "quite a few wandering hands," during meet-and-greets.
