June 29 (UPI) -- Jay-Z continues to tease his upcoming 14th studio album 4:44 with a new cryptic video featuring actress Lupita Nyong'o.

The clip, released Wednesday, features an eerie beat and close-up shots of Nyong'o as she lays on the floor crying.

The mysterious title of the teaser, "MaNyfaCedGod," is potentially a reference to a deity found in Game of Thrones.

"MaNyfaCedGod" is the third video Jay-Z has released to promote 4:44 which is set to launch exclusively through the rapper's TIDAL music streaming service and Sprint Friday. The other videos titled "Adnis" and "Kill Jay Z" featured actor Mahershala Ali training with Danny Glover and a young man running away in agony while wearing a t-shirt that read "Stay Black."

The album's release through sprint.tidal.com, stems from the cell phone carrier purchasing a 33% stake in the streaming service back in January.
