June 28 (UPI) -- Britney Spears says people don't give her enough credit for singing live at her concerts.

The 35-year-old singer said in an interview with an Israeli TV show this week that lip-syncing accusations "really" bother her because of how hard she works during her live shows.

"I'm glad you're addressing this question because it's really funny -- a lot of people think that I don't do live. I usually, because I'm dancing so much, I do have a little bit of playback," Spears explained. "There's a mixture of my voice and the playback."

"It really [expletive] me off because I'm busting my [expletive] out there and singing at the same time, and nobody ever really gives me credit for it," she said.

Spears will perform in Israel for the first time July 3 in Tel Aviv. Her manager, Larry Rudolph, previously addressed lip-syncing rumors prior to the debut of Spears' residency show in Las Vegas in 2013.

"She's going to be singing live," Rudolph told Billboard. "She does choreography and vocal coaching every day."

"It's hard for the public to fully understand what goes on when you get on stage and you're dancing full out during a song," he said. "No matter what anyone says, there's not a single artist who goes out there and does full choreography and is singing without a vocal track underneath them at the same time. It's physically impossible.

"We're just trying to build up her stamina and get her to a point where she can do as much as humanly possible. The idea is to try to get her pretty close to 100 percent," he added.

Spears' show in Tel Aviv will close out her Britney: Live in Concert world tour, which kicked off June 3 in Tokyo. The singer last released the album Glory in August, which includes the singles "Make Me..." and "Slumber Party."
