James Corden to host the 2018 Grammys in New York City

May 18 (UPI) -- The Late Late Show star James Corden is set to host the 60th Grammy Awards ceremony in New York City, The Recording Academy announced.

The gala honoring excellence in music is to take place Jan. 28 at Madison Square Garden.

The actor, comedian and singer previously hosted the 2016 Tony Awards recognizing achievements on Broadway.
