Britney Spears posts from family trip to Hawaii

April 14 (UPI) -- Britney Spears shared posts this week from her family trip to Hawaii.

The 35-year-old singer was on a getaway Thursday with her mom, Lynne, and sons Preston and Jayden.

"Another great day," she captioned a group photo for her 16 million Instagram followers.

Spears and her family arrived in Hawaii earlier in the week. The star shared a video Monday featuring herself and Lynne on the beach and Preston and Jayden playing in the ocean.

"From start to finish... it was a good day," she wrote.

Spears' vacation follows word that she will close her Las Vegas residency at The Axis at Planet Hollywood at the end of the year. She confirmed the news this week on Instagram.

"Saying goodbye to this show is going to be SO hard," the star wrote.

Spears shares Preston, 11, and Jayden, 10, with ex-husband Kevin Federline, from whom she split in 2006. She said in an interview with Lorraine in September that she's dreading the day her sons become teenagers.

"They're little pranksters," the singer said. "I'm nervous, because I know 12 and 13 and 14 and 15 is going to be really scary, and I'm going to be like, 'Mom, please come to the house and help me out here!' But right now is a great age. They're still babies."
