Miley's younger sister, Noah Cyrus, releases debut single

LOS ANGELES, Nov. 16 (UPI) -- Miley Cyrus' younger sister, Noah, released her debut song, Make Me (Cry), on Monday,which features additional vocals from U.K.-based Labrinth.

Cyrus announced the single on Twitter earlier this week.

"So happy to finally share this. my new song #MakeMeCry feat. @Labrinth is out now!!!" she posted along with a link to purchase the single.

Cyrus, 16, revealed she grew up singing with her musical family -- her dad, Billy Ray Cyrus, and her world famous sister Miley.

"My dad always had me sing alongside him while he played guitar," Cyrus said. "He taught me how to harmonize an old song of his, Missing You."

In addition to writing tracks for her upcoming album, Cyrus revealed she also writes for other artists.

"Writing is the best way to get your mind clear," she said. "It's also a great way to explain your past or what you hope for the future."
