NASHVILLE, Feb. 1 (UPI) -- Miranda Lambert and boyfriend Anderson East appear to have worked on a new song over the weekend.

The 32-year-old country star hinted at a collaboration with the 27-year-old musician by sharing a photo of herself strumming her guitar on Instagram.

"Weekend well spent @andersoneast [photo by] @raytair #writin' #singin' #overallsandbeer #pencilandpaper #thecountry #weekendsoff #recharging #tennesse," she wrote.

Lambert is a big fan of her beau's music, and promoted Anderson's new single, "Learning," on social media Friday. "It takes a man to teach a man," she quoted the song. "Learning is out today! #SouthernFamily #whatasong #whatasinger."

Lambert and Anderson have been linked since December, and confirmed their relationship with a cuddled-up photo the next month. The country star divorced fellow singer Blake Shelton in July after four years of marriage.

"Anderson is a complete gentleman! Miranda gets butterflies with [him]," a source previously told E! News. "He is a wonderful guy with an amazing personality. Miranda loves his sense of humor and his love for music. They have many things in common."

Shelton himself has moved on with singer Gwen Stefani, whom he first met on The Voice in 2014. The 39-year-old country star will return as a judge on the NBC reality competition's upcoming 10th season, set to premiere Feb. 29.
