LOS ANGELES, Dec. 21 (UPI) -- Pamela Anderson made a surprise appearance at Miley Cyrus' concert Saturday.

The 48-year-old actress joined the 23-year-old singer onstage at Cyrus' final Miley Cyrus & Her Dead Petz Tour show at The Wiltern in Los Angeles.

Anderson was all smiles as she held up a sign reading "Save the Whales" and flaunted the words "No Captivity" on her bare left leg. Cyrus, meanwhile, wore a unicorn-inspired outfit with prosthetic breasts that made her appear topless.

"@mileycyrus @brandonthomaslee @dylanjaggerlee always working #nocaptivity #govegan see you tonight x #mileylovesanimals #welovemiley #fun #letgo #merrychristmas #wecantstop," Anderson captioned a photo of her body paint on Instagram.

Cyrus sported her "topless" outfit just days after her topless Plastik magazine covers debuted. One cover sees her pose in confection-inspired pasties, while another sees her sip frosting from a mug.

Anderson herself recently went topless to cover Playboy's January/February issue, the magazine's last to feature nude women. The publication will end nude pictorials in light of their increasing irrelevance due to the Internet and concern about women's portrayal in media.
