LOS ANGELES, Nov. 2 (UPI) -- Justin Bieber released his "I'll Show You" music video Monday.
The 21-year-old Canadian singer shared the video in the morning after posting the audio track Sunday.
The video sees a vulnerable Bieber reflect on his struggles with the spotlight, singing, "It's like they want me to be perfect/When they don't even know that I'm hurting" and, "Don't forget that I'm human/Don't forget that I'm real."
The pop star made similar remarks when he apologized on The Ellen DeGeneres Show in January for his bad behavior and brushes with the law. He appeared on the series again the next week to reiterate he's "human" and makes mistakes.
"I'll Show You" is the third single to debut from Bieber's forthcoming album Purpose, which is scheduled for release Nov. 13. The singer previously released the singles "What Do You Mean?" and "Sorry," the latter of which was also produced by Skrillex.
Bieber last released Believe in June 2012, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 and includes the singles "Boyfriend" and "As Long as You Love Me." The singer made headlines last week for storming off stage during a concert in Norway.
