LOS ANGELES, Oct. 23 (UPI) -- Kelly Clarkson duets with X Factor winner Ben Haenow in his newest single "Second Hand Heart," and makes an appearance in his accompanying music video.

The video, released Tuesday, features both Haenow and Clarkson -- who is now pregnant with her second child -- singing along together from different, seemingly faraway locations. While Haenow's character travels and takes up odd jobs, Clarkson, 33, is at home peeking through a window.

"Second Hand Heart," is 30-year-old Haenow's first single since his X Factor U.K. win on the show's 11th season. Lyrics to the tune include, "I can't steal you the stars, but I can give you this secondhand heart," and "it's not like the stories, it's never like what they said."

Clarkson recently canceled the remainder of her most recent Piece by Piece tour due to a doctor's orders to remain on vocal rest for the rest of the year. "I never cancel anything unless it's absolutely necessary," the soon-to-be mother of two said after canceling her U.S. dates.

Haenow secured his victory on the British talent show with a cover of One Republic's "Something I Need," which reportedly reached the top spot on the U.K. charts in 2014. His first self-titled album will be available Nov. 13.
