"Like I'm Gonna Lose You" is the fourth single to debut from Trainor's first major studio album, Title. The record debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 in January, and includes the songs "All About That Bass" and "Dear Future Husband."

Trainor came to fame with the release of "All About That Bass" in 2014, and completed her first headlining concert tour in support of Title in June. She was recently forced to cancel dates on her MTrain Tour due to a vocal cord hemorrhage.

Legend last released Love in the Future in August 2013, which debuted at No. 4 on the Billboard 200. The record includes the hit single "All of Me," which was inspired by the singer's wife, Chrissy Teigen. Teigen shared a photo of Legend's bare backside this week on Instagram.
