Selena Gomez to appear in Taylor Swift's 'Bad Blood' music video

LOS ANGELES, May 17 (UPI) -- Taylor Swift has revealed her fellow singer and actress Selena Gomez will appear in her hotly anticipated music video "Bad Blood."

"Meet Arsyn. @selenagomez #BadBloodMusicVideo," Swift tweeted, alongside a poster featuring Gomez as her character, dressed in a cleavage-baring dress and black pageboy wig.

An earlier tweet teased: "The next and final poster released will reveal the lead actress in the #BadBloodMusicVideo. It's sure to start some fires..."

Directed by Joseph Kahn, the star-studded clip will be shown as the opening to Sunday night's Billboard Music Awards ceremony. The short film will also feature Mariska Hargitay, Ellen Pompeo, Ellie Goulding, Lily Aldridge, Gigi Hadid, Zendaya and Lena Dunham.

The video is for the fourth single off of Swift's blockbuster 1989 album.
