Usher, Chris Martin join lineup for 'Songs in the Key of Life' TV special

The primetime TV program will pay homage to Stevie Wonder's hugely successful career with superstar performances that celebrate his songbook.

LOS ANGELES, Jan. 18 (UPI) -- Usher, Chris Martin, Janelle Monáe, Willie Nelson and Ed Sheeran will lead the lineup for the upcoming Stevie Wonder: Songs in the Key of Life special, CBS announced.

The primetime program will pay homage to Wonder's hugely successful career with superstar performances that celebrate his songbook.

The two-hour show will tape Feb. 10, two days after the 57th annual Grammy Awards, and will air on the network Feb. 16.

A 25-time Grammy Award winner, Wonder is the only artist to have earned Album of the Year honors three out of four consecutive years with Innervisions (1973), Fulfillingness' First Finale (1974) and the seminal Songs in the Key of Life (1976).
