LOS ANGELES, Nov. 25 (UPI) -- Broadway legend Idina Menzel has announced plans for a global concert tour to start July 7 in Richmond, Va.
The tour will include stops in New York, Philadelphia, Washington, Atlanta, Austin, Boston and Chicago, among other cities, before wrapping in Los Angeles on Oct. 3 at the Hollywood Bowl.
International dates for the tour will be announced soon.
"Menzel has captivated audiences at sold-out concerts around the world. Throughout the tour, Menzel will lead audiences through a special journey of classic pop, musical theater favorites and her own personal catalogue," Live Nation said in a news release. "The shows are set to weave together Menzel's irresistible charm, wit and unparalleled vocal prowess."
Menzel is the voice of Elsa in Disney's animated movie musical Frozen. She can now be seen in the Broadway musical If/Then. Her other New York stage credits include Rent and Wicked.
