LOS ANGELES, Sept. 15 (UPI) -- Ariana Grande and Chris Brown play star crossed lovers in the music video for the track, "Don't be gone too long."
The clip finds the singers being separated by a group of men and follows Brown, 25, as he sets off to rescue Grande's character, who awaits locked in a tower.
The video was directed by Brown himself and features a couple of takes where he engages in a series of dance sequences.
"I directed this one also.. Wanted to do something different," Brown tweeted about the video on Friday.
"Don't be gone too long" will be included in Brown's upcoming sixth album, X, which is set to be released on Tuesday.
