Iggy Azalea to reissue 'New Classic' with six new songs

"Can't wait for you guys to hear some new stuff," the singer tweeted. "Six new tracks."

NEW YORK, Sept. 4 (UPI) -- Iggy Azalea will reissue her debut studio album, The New Classic.

The 24-year-old singer announced the news Thursday on Twitter. The re-release will include six new tracks, including a duet with English singer Ellie Goulding.

"Shooting the album re pack cover art this week," Azalea wrote. "Can't wait for you guys to hear some new stuff. six new tracks. <3."

"Me and ellie goulding have a nice little numberrrr together on there too," she added. "FYI."

Azalea released The New Classic on April 21, and kicked off a North American tour on April 23 to promote the new album. The record has sold over 323,000 copies in the U.S. as of August 31, and includes the hit singles "Work," "Fancy" and "Black Widow." "Fancy" topped the Billboard Hot 100 for seven consecutive weeks this summer, and was named the top Song of the Summer for 2014 on Wednesday.
