Jay Z's alleged mistress raps to Beyonce in new track 'Sorry Mrs. Carter'

NEW YORK, Aug. 6 (UPI) -- Jay Z's alleged mistress, known only as Liv, released a video for her new track titled "Sorry Mrs. Carter" on Monday.

The song samples Outkast's "Sorry Ms. Jackson," but uses different lyrics seemingly addressed to Beyonce. Liv describes the track as an "open letter to Mrs. Carter" and uses several references from both Jay Z and Beyonce's hit singles as she details her allegedly unconsummated affair with the rapper.

In the track, Liv denies ever sleeping with Jay Z and claims the two just "connected on some hip-hop [expletive]." She also disputes claims that she herself gave to tabloid Life & Style.

"Got my name in the news, saying things I ain't do / Side chick never, mistress who?" she raps at one point, later adding, "Girls can't run the world fighting over men / All my single ladies better keep in mind / When those tables turn, you gon' be the wife."

Toward the end of the track, Liv sings, "It's time to tell these young girls some real shit / Tell them how you became a wife / You out here telling them how to surfbort / Come on now, surfborts?" She adds that "If you won't, I will. Yes Liv Can. The invasion has begun."

Liv's track comes amid months of speculation that Jay Z and Beyonce are dealing with marital issues and unconfirmed reports that the two plan to separate once their On The Run tour wraps up in Paris on September 13.
