Miley Cyrus, Ricky Martin to perform at the Billboard Music Awards

The prize presentation is to take place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena May 18.

LAS VEGAS, May 7 (UPI) -- Miley Cyrus and Ricky Martin have been booked to perform at the 2014 Billboard Music Awards ceremony in Las Vegas, the telecast's producers announced.

They join a star-studded lineup of previously announced musical artists, including 5 Seconds of Summer, Florida Georgia Line, Imagine Dragons, Jason Derulo, John Legend, Luke Bryan, OneRepublic and Pitbull, ABC, Dick Clark Productions and Billboard announced Tuesday.

Among the presenters scheduled to take part in the event are Jordin Sparks, Kelly Rowland, Kendall Jenner, Kevin O'Leary, Mark Cuban, Pete Wentz and Wiz Khalifa.

The show will be broadcast live on ABC from the MGM Grand Garden Arena May 18.
