LONDON, April 23 (UPI) -- Coldplay has debuted new track "Oceans" from their upcoming album, Ghost Stories.

The band performed the song live Wednesday at the BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge in London. "Oceans" features frontman Chris Martin on acoustic guitar as he sings about a failing relationship.

"Behind the walls, love / I'm trying to change," he relates. "I'm ready for it all, love / I'm ready for the pain."

Coldplay plans to release Ghost Stories May 19 in North America, and has slowly revealed the album's nine tracks to the public. The first preview came in February with "Midnight," and the band released love song "Magic" and its accompanying music video in March.

The band will perform at Royce Hall in Los Angeles the day of the album's release.
