Eminem's childhood home is up for sale

DETROIT, Sept. 18 (UPI) -- The single-family Detroit home where Eminem spent part of his childhood is up for sale, the Detroit News said.

The brick house was built in 1945 and owned by Eminem's mother, Deborah Mathers, from 1989 until 2003.

No asking price is mentioned in the listing, but the newspaper said the house sold for $24,650 in December 2007 and is now valued at an estimated $44,400.
