Trisha Yearwood and Garth Brooks working on a new album

NEW YORK, Aug. 27 (UPI) -- Nashville star Trisha Yearwood says she and Garth Brooks, her husband of eight years, are working on a new album and planning a concert tour.

"It'll be a whole different ball game, you know, as man and wife to go do this together. So, I'm looking forward to it," Yearwood told "CBS This Morning" last Thursday.

Yearwood also hinted a song collaboration is in the works with Kelly Clarkson and Reba McEntire.

"We have become friends. And I love both of them," Yearwood said. "And we have been toying with the thought of working together. And Kelly's working on a little something that we sang on."
