PLANO, Texas, July 31 (UPI) -- Country music star Randy Travis was moved Wednesday from a Texas hospital to a rehab facility where he will continue his recovery from a stroke, officials said.
Travis, 54, suffered congestive heart failure and was diagnosed with cardiomyopathy after being admitted to Baylor Heart hospital in Plano, Texas, July 7. He suffered a stroke while in the hospital and had surgery to reduce pressure on his brain.
