Drake announces plans for a North American concert tour

LOS ANGELES, June 17 (UPI) -- Canadian recording artist Drake announced plans Monday for a 41-city North American concert tour to kick off in September in Portland, Ore.

The first show of the singer's "Would You Like a Tour" tour is scheduled for Sept. 25 at the Rose Garden Arena.

The series of shows, featuring appearances by performer Miguel, is to support Thicke's forthcoming album "Nothing was the Same," which is due out later this year.
