LOS ANGELES, June 4 (UPI) -- Joe Simpson joked to Hollyscoop his U.S. singer daughter Jessica is too busy making babies to focus on her music career.
The recording artist and mother of a toddler-age daughter is pregnant with her second child by fiance-football player Eric Johnson.
Asked if his daughter plans to get back in the studio soon, Joe Simpson told Hollyscoop with a laugh, "Well she is making babies right now.
"As soon as the babies are over I think [more music] will happen," he said.
Joe is the manager of the new girl group The Alectrix, whose reality show of the same name is to premiere Tuesday night on MTV.
