LOS ANGELES, May 4 (UPI) -- Los Angeles city officials cited musician Chris Brown for graffiti murals covering the walls outside his Hollywood Hills home, TMZ reported.

The concrete walls are covered in images that could have been drawn by Brown, known for his talents as an artist as well as musician, the celebrity gossip website said.

His neighbors complained to Los Angeles City Councilman Tom LaBonge the murals were a blight on the neighborhood. Brown was cited for having "unpermitted and excessive signage" on his property and will be fined if the murals are not removed, TMZ said.

Brown's neighbors have complained in the past about the entertainer's loud parties at all hours of the night and cars speeding up and down the street, the website said.
