Coldplay's next album, 'Mylo Xyloto,' set for Oct. release

LONDON, Aug. 12 (UPI) -- British rockers Coldplay say they have completed their latest CD and named it "Mylo Xyloto."

The album is to be released on CD, digital, vinyl and as a limited edition pop-up album Oct. 24.

"Hello, everybody. We have finished our new album," the band said on their Web site Friday. "We hope you like it and we hope you are all well. ... P.S. It is pronounced 'My-Lo-Zy-Letoe.'"
