NEW YORK, July 12 (UPI) -- A New York judge dismissed a criminal case against rapper Foxy Brown, who was accused of flashing her buttocks at a neighbor she was ordered to stay away from.

The New York Daily News said the charges against the 32-year-old hip-hop artist were dropped after the alleged victim declined to testify at trial.

Brown had been charged with misdemeanor violating an order of protection for allegedly pulling up her dress in Arlene Raymond's direction as a means of insult in July 2010.

Brown had previously been convicted of hitting Raymond with a BlackBerry phone in 2007 after which she was court-ordered to stay away from Raymond.

"The case was getting in the way of my personal life, it's a headache," Raymond told the Daily News about why she dropped the case. "Her life is full of drama, why would I want a life of drama?"
