Lady Gaga pushes Adele out of top spot

LOS ANGELES, June 1 (UPI) -- Lady Gaga's "Born This Way" came in at No. 1, dislodging Adele's "21" for the top spot in U.S. album sales, Billboard.com reported Wednesday.

Country superstar Brad Paisley debuted at No. 2 with "This Is Country Music."

Adele's "21" slipped to No. 3.

"Glee, the Music: Season Two, Volume 6" debuted at No. 4, followed by another debut, the "Maybach Music Group Presents Self Made Vol. 1" compilation at No. 5.

"Now 38," a compilation of various artists, was No. 6.

The New Kids on the Block/Backstreet Boys compilation/collaboration album "NKOTBSB" bowed in at No. 7.

Foster the People's "Torches" was No. 8, followed by Jason Aldean's "My Kinda Party" at No. 9 and Mumford & Sons' "Sigh No More" at No. 10.
