Lady Gaga tops powerful celebrity list

LOS ANGELES, May 19 (UPI) -- U.S. pop star Lady Gaga is No. 1 on Forbes magazine's most powerful celebrity list.

Media mogul Oprah Winfrey, last year's most powerful star, comes in at No. 2 this year.

Seventeen-year-old Canadian singer Justin Bieber is No. 3, Irish rockers U2 are No. 4 and British pop icon Elton John is No. 5.

Rounding out the top tier are professional golfer Tiger Woods at No. 6, country music star Taylor Swift at No. 7, U.S. musician Jon Bon Jovi at No. 8, British television personality and music producer Simon Cowell at No. 9 and professional basketball player LeBron James at No. 10.
