ORLANDO, Fla., June 12 (UPI) -- A Florida judge ruled singer Brian McKnight is the father of a 14-year-old boy and owes his mom child support.

The judge in Orange County ruled in favor of Miriam Lee after McKnight failed to file any documentation challenging Lee's claim that he was her son's dad.

The judge also ordered McKnight to pony up $341,640 in back child support.

A spokesman for McKnight told TMZ.com that the singer wasn't conceding the issue. "The judgment in Florida was a default judgment made without Brian present," the spokesman said. "He's still looking to establish paternity, and is awaiting the results of a recent test."
